OCEAN CITY, Md. – Chief Petty Officer Aric Deuel, officer-in-charge of Coast Guard Aids to Navigation Station Team Chincoteague, Va., gives hand signals to crewmembers aboard an MH-60T Jayhawk helicopter from Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City, N.C., to inform them that the navigational aid is in place during it’s installation at the north jetty in Ocean City, Jan. 6, 2012.
