The Duran Lending Team at Holland Mortgage is led by Matthew Duran. Matthew Duran has been in the lending and consumer finance business for over a decade. His unique start in the financial space allows for a holistic approach to consumer home lending. After spending years on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Matthew realized that the Mid Shore region was in need of this type of lending approach. In November of 2020, he partnered with Eastern Shore businessman, and close friend, Matt Beletsky to serve the local community. These two forces now operate the only local Independent Mortgage Banker in Dorchester County and pride themselves on their extraodinary commitment to customer service.
