Dr. Greco has been treating patients with degenerative joint and spinal problems for over 25 years. The majority of patients who experience discomfort due to these conditions respond to non-operative interventions such as medication, physical therapy, and injections. Recent advances in orthopaedic surgery have led to marked improvement in peri-operative pain control and more rapid post-operative mobilization and rehabilitation. In certain situations, the direct anterior approach for total hip replacement, endoscopic spinal procedures, and patient specific total knee instrumentation may be an option to lessen surgical trauma and shorten healing time.
