Crafting premium, high-quality honey session mead using locally sourced honey, fruits, and other fermentables. Drinks light and refreshing like a cider or seltzer, but full bodied and delicious. We release seasonal, small batches of mead. All fruit and herbs are sourced from local farmers, and fruit is hand pressed on site.
